ABOUT ME

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Kansas. I received my Bachelor’s degree in Personal Financial Planning from Kansas State University. I then attended Abilene Christian University where I received my Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy. I am trained and certified to counsel individuals, couples, and families.

I am passionate about working with individuals, married couples, and families to foster healthy and supportive relationships. I believe that strengthening the marital relationship is vital in affecting positive change in a family’s mental health. I have also worked with children and teenagers as they struggle with life transitions and healthy relationships. As a systemically trained therapist, I believe that change is sustained with the support and understanding of the people closest to us.

In order to tailor therapy to my clients, I utilize an integrated approach of therapeutic models. I mostly work with Solution Focused Therapy (SFT), Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Gottman Method Couples’ Therapy.
